Equinox is the struggle between light and darkness, it's the exact moment where day and night are equal.

We all move up and down the mental spectrum; feeling low, feeling high, feeling balanced. Reflection and dedication to reset, self-care and accept what life throws us, enables us to move forward and make positive change.

This retreat is an opportunity to give yourself what you need. To take space, to learn, to grow, to connect and to relax.

I am combining a variety of therapies to create a holistic and healing retreat. The yoga and meditation practices will draw on Elemental yoga therapy and traditional yang practices. The workshops will combine mental health managing techniques, neuroscience coaching and spiritual teachings. For those that want to go deeper than this there will be treatment options available with our personal therapist - Daisy Ellison, plus 1:1 personal coaching slots available with me, if requested.

ACCOMMODATION:

Our retreat house, Casa Fuzetta, is a piece of paradise in Portugal. Everybody deserves a bit of luxury in their life now and again, and this is it. Every room is gorgeous and unique, all paired with en-suite bathrooms. There are many areas to relax; pool, terraces, mediation room & library.

FOOD

This is a huge part of any retreat and something I have put a lot of time into planning. I will be partnering with an awesome chef bringing you a vegan/veggie menu. We can cater for any dietary requirements.

TREATMENTS & LOVE

The incredible soul Daisy Ellison will be joining me on this retreat, making it even more special. Daisy is a master of many wonderful treatments and therapies. Her breathwork sessions are an outer body experience. You will be able to pick from a full list of treatments to indulge in during our stay.

I will be running a series of deeper connection coaching workshops across the retreat: Self-Care Prioritising, Mental Health Management (Stress & Anxiety), Accupressure Points & Coaching.

OUR SCHEDULE

Arrival day, 24th Sept

4pm: Arrive at Casa Fuzetta, check in to rooms

5pm: Unwind yoga class and opening cirle

7pm: Welcome dinner.

Typical day on retreat

7:45am: Meditation & dynamic yoga practice (90mins - 2hours)

10:00am: Hearty & delicious brunch

11:30am - 5:45pm: Free time

Here you have time to explore and relax. Many options available; book in a treatment with Daisy, visit the nearby beaches and islands, book a 1:1 coaching slot with me.

Throughout the retreat, during this time, I will be running a variety of workshops, plus a local painter will be running a tile painting workshop.

6pm: Restorative/Yin yoga practice (60 - 90mins)

7:30pm: Dinner

Departure day, 29th Sept

8am: Yoga & Closing circle

9:30am: Brunch

11am: Check-out

PRICE

Luxury private room with large double bed & ensuite bathroom (limited available)

= £1,250 early-bird, £1,500 after

Luxury sharing room with another yogi, twin beds with ensuite bathroom

= £900 early-bird, £1,150 per person

(Coming solo is normal, the rooms are spacious and you will be paired up with another lovely soul. Also, couples, friends, parent-child combos are more than welcome)

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to book. The remaining balance will be due 10 weeks in advance of the arrival date.

Elemental Yoga Workshop - Summer Cleanse

Elemental Yoga is a lot more than a typical yoga class. It embodies all the natural elements that reside in our bodies and combines yoga movement, meditation, breathing, nutrition, therapy and mindfulness to find a sense of balance and synchronisation with the natural rhythms and forces of the earth. 

In June we’re in the midst of Summer with warming weather upon us. In Elemental Yoga, it's important to attune and connect with the energies of the seasons.

Summer is a good time to cleanse and reset our bodies. Therefore, this workshop will be focusing on cleansing the body and clearing the mind.

Structure of the Day:

12PM - 12:15PM: Welcome & Introduction (Snacks)

12:15 - 1:45 PM: Yoga & Meditation - A Journey through the Elements

1:45 - 2:00 PM: Mindfulness & Acupressure Session

2:00 - 2:15 PM: Tea & Snack Break

2:15 - 2:45 PM: Self-Development Coaching, inc Seasonal Attunement & Stress Relieving tips (plus Q&A)

2:45 - 3:00 PM: Closing Breathwork & Mindfulness

The workshop is designed to suit all levels of yoga experience. The main focus of the day is to learn new tools and techniques to bring balance into life, reduce stress and learn how to make the right choices.
