This weeks session will be focused around finding strength in solitude, learning to get company and pleasure from more introverted mediums.

Brief overview of this week’s session:

  • Bhramari Breathing Exercise

  • Coaching exercise on finding strength in solitude

  • Grounding yoga movements

What to expect:

  • Run online via zoom

  • 1 hour in length (7:15pm start time)

  • Led by Tracy & Charlie with some optional participation from attendees

  • Video can be on/off

  • Session begins with a breathing technique, moving onto information and science behind stress, techniques to learn to include into your life and finish with some yoga movement demonstrations.
