Under Pressure

We are rerunning the Sanghas with a new 4 part winter series all about survivin to thrivin during this tough world at the moment. There will be 4 sessions, every other week , on Tuesdays at 6:15pm UK time starting on 19th January.

The first session will be helping to support you manage stress and high pressure situations. Stress builds up slowly in the body and can have long-lasting negative effects on the body and mind.

The Sangha will be an opportunity to learn more about the stress response cycle and how to release stress from the body.

Every Sangha incorporates breathing practices, coaching techniques and demonstration of yoga and accupressure movements to learn and practice in your own time.

What to expect:

  • online via zoom

  • 1 hour in length (6:15pm start time)

  • Led by Tracy & Charlie with some optional participation from attendees

  • Video can be on/off

  • Session begins with a breathing technique, moving onto information and science behind stress, techniques to learn to include into your life and finish with some yoga movement demonstrations.
